My approach to massage is rooted in a deep belief: true healing is more than physical. It’s a blend of body, mind, and spirit.

I began my journey in healthcare, studying the intricacies of the human body. While I gained valuable clinical knowledge through my vocational nursing diploma from Stanbridge University, I still felt that something was missing.

For most of my life, dance has been my personal form of renewal, a way to feel fully present and connected to the rhythm of life. So much that I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Columbia College, Chicago.

Over time, I discovered powerful parallels between dance and massage. Both grounded in touch, flow, alignment, and intuition. This realization led me to fully embrace health and wellness through therapy, such as massage, blending my clinical background with a holistic approach to care.

Every session at Celestial Haven is designed with intention. I don’t just address pain or tension. I create an experience that invites your entire being to unwind. Whether it’s through the calming flow of Swedish techniques or the deeper work of myofascial release, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body and leave feeling restored.

Healing, to me, is about nurturing the whole person. It’s my joy and privilege to hold space for that process and to help you rediscover balance, peace, and presence in your life.
